are your products handmade? + –
Yes, our doormats are all handmade and painted in with care.
Will my item have tiny differences from the pictures? + –
Check out our customer reviews to see our products in real homes! Every design is made to match the listing as closely as possible.
Because our mats are made from natural coir, each one may have slight variations in color. Some may be a little lighter or darker than the photos—but the same awesome design and quality are always guaranteed.
Can I request a specific color, pose, style, or detail? + –
Unfortunately, no we do not offer these options.
Can I order a personalized or custom mat? + –
The only custom doormats we offer are what is in our product section. Right now, we do not offer other custom designs.
What size are your doormats? + –
Our standard doormats measure 18” x 30”, the perfect size for most entryways.
Are your doormats indoor or outdoor use? + –
Our doormats are weather resistant, not waterproof, and work great both indoors and on covered outdoor entryways.
How are the mats made? + –
Each doormat is hand-painted on thick, durable natural coir fiber and sealed with a UV-resistant spray to help protect the design.
Do you ship internationally? + –
As of now, we do not. We plan to in the future, stay tuned!
